The HRIS Workday Analyst plays a vital role in enabling client to optimize the Workday HRIS system and create business value through improved data use, design and configuration of system business processes, and application support activities including Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Report Design. The HRIS Analyst must have intimate knowledge of the clients processes and configurations. Responsibilities: System Support & Problem Resolution: Works closely with the team members and business partners to interpret the data and develop solutions that capture value for the client. Acts as an Advisor on HR initiatives leveraging technology to achieve HR goals and increase efficiency. Strong technical implementation skills. Coordinate required testing and validation across multiple functional teams. Maintains a strong knowledge of human resource policies, procedures, and processes. Analyzes errors, utilize resources available to drive a resolution and root cause analysis. Coaches team members on system usage and best practice. Analyzes data errors and provide recommendation for process improvement. System Administrator for the ongoing configuration, integrations, and management of the recruiting and onboarding modules in Workday. Supports all system integrations related to the recruiting and onboarding modules. Create, perform and troubleshoot data uploads (EIBs) into Workday as needed. Works with users to support functionality and troubleshoot system-related problems. Works with the HRIS team to develop reports that meet business needs. Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration or other related field of study required. Strong Analytical skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel user. Experience identifying system bugs, inaccurate set ups and troubleshoot effectively. Workday configuration experience within Recruiting, HCM, and Report Design required. Knowledge of client Workday security administration and analytics strongly preferred. Ability to provide, in user-friendly terms, sound ideas and solutions to end users on HR systems-related questions, tasks, projects and reports. Superb follow- up abilities, taking initiative. Must be able to independently prioritize assignments based on urgency and communicate timelines effectively. Collaborate and brainstorm with team members. Identify areas of improvement and develop creative solutions. Superior organization skills, quality and accuracy on all functions. Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents. Strong time and project management skills. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; with ability to adjust style, content and deliver to the target audience. Demonstrated good judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. Proficiency with data conversion and mapping.
