- Work closely with Service Owners and Business systems Analysts to design, support, and other IT applications teams to deliver high-quality business solutions
- Manage SAP application developers and IT Infrastructure team
- Should be able to perform GAP analysis of existing systems and assist with the creation of best practices to optimize usage of existing systems.
- Participate in the requirement gathering process for new software and business functionality to ensure that definitions of new functionality are clearly defined and understood
- Understanding SAP and Non-SAP system landscape/architecture and Identifying gaps in system and business processes.
- Experience working with offshore development rationalizing development work and leading execution.
- Manage service providers and internal teams resources onshore/offshore.
- Leading work through constant and clear communication, strong leadership, and development of relationships amongst team members, client peer group, and all stakeholders.
- Customer-centric and Service minded skills with an ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives).
