Demand Planning-Sensing Lead/Specialist

Title: Demand Planning-Sensing Lead/Specialist Location: Remote only Required Skills (and years of experience): TOP 10 SKILLS NEEDED 5-10 years of experience on a major SAP transformation project(s) Strong skill-set in Integrated Supply chain Planning (SAP APO, IBP a plus) Demand Planning (DP) and Demand Sensing (DS) Deep knowledge with integration with other business functions outside of ISCP (Trade Promotion Management, Order to Cash, etc.) Proven Experience in solution implementation Solves highly complex problems within the work team, and with cross functional teams Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments Business Process savvy ; can relate requirements to solution design Familiar with agile methodology Solid IT architecture background (i.e. integration patterns etc.) Proficient in written & spoken English Preferred Skills: (NICE TO HAVES) Experience with SAP S4 HANA, Enterprise on HANA and SAP IBP Required Soft Skills: Flexibility with schedules and priorities within the program Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required Areas of Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Operating System Needed for this role: SAP ECC, SAP S4, SAP APO, SAP IBP, SAP Enterprise on HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud
