Senior Business Analyst - Financial Services

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has an enterprise Financial Services client located in Charlotte, NC that is in need of a Senior Business Analyst who will be supporting the business/investment portfolio. Capital Markets experience is ideal but not mandatory.Responsibilities: Business Analyst within Portfolio Strategy and Analytics. Manage the if/then scenarios for the bank to know if they meet the liquidity tests Factor in scenarios if interests rates went up or down, forecast out 9 months at a time Acts as a liaison between the client area and technical organization by planning, conducting and completing an analysis of moderately complex business problems Provide communication updates on projects Provides technical assistance in identifying and evaluating procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements Coordinates test plans and programming activities Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes to the automated systems Gathers data and prepares necessary reports Updates reports and databases used by the client groupREQUIREMENTS: Experience in capital markets, investments, fixed income asset management, or trading systems Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
