Business Analyst - Agile

• Develop and Implement Agile Adoption Strategy, Design a strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile through all stages; introduction of Agile and employee education, fostering teams and cultures that practice Agile, sustain Agile methodologies
• Help teams to embrace agile as a culture shift and encourage buy-in from employees and key stakeholders
• Mentor and Educate Coach the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Instruct managers on the basics of Agile tools, such as Scrum and Kanban
• Improve Agile processes and principles within the team, providing them with tools for implementing the process in their own work.
• Provide hands-on support to mentor and guide teams into the Agile methodology, providing feedback and means of improvement, catalyzing organizational growth and answering questions. Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity
• Cultivate an Agile mindset in all team members where problems are embraced as welcome opportunities to adapt
• Work with the teams to help them transform to being self-managing and accountable
• Coach Product Owners to drive business value and retain the project vision
• Mentor Product Owners to make daily decisions to keep the project in motion and empower them to partner with business stakeholders to make more strategic decisions
