- Design and develop of medium to highly complex system processes in SAP Billing Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) / Hybris Billing, which are in nature of specific to Client business process.
- Design and develop complete solution by developing objects like., Charge plans, BIT& CIT Classes etc., in systems Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI/FICA), or Subscription Order Management (SOM).
- Design and develop interfaces with C4S system from SAP SOM and SAP CI/FICA systems.
- Conduct workshops/ gather business requirement to design and develop system process design in SAP BRIM system.
- Suggest and implement best practices to improve performance.
- Design and present solutions to Business team and IT teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing configuration, BAPI/BADI implementations across functional domains.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Work collaboratively and cross-functionally as part of a team as well as independently.
- Manage multiple assignments. Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Perform detailed analysis of configuration, data and BAPI implementations - Detailed Knowledge of core SAP tables in the specific functional areas.
- Build test scripts, plans in HPQC, execute in SAP BRIM systems, and interfaced SAP S/4 systems.
- Responsible for production deployment and cutover activities using SAP ASAP methodology.
