We are actively seeking Human Resources Advisor IV for one of our client. Role: Human Resources Advisor IV Location: Dallas,TX Duration: Long Term Duties: Work location-chose Friso, Texas but we are also open to the Bay Area, Denver and Tampa Responsibilities Partner with the business in support of business and HR priorities. Lead and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues (in partnership with our Legal team) to assist employees and managers in creating a productive, engaging work environment. Where required, lead and complete investigations into employee concerns. Assess employee performance challenges or development needs, recommend solutions, and coach managers on effectiveness. Communicate and coach managers in team effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development. Collaborate with the business and serve as key lead on reporting, analysis and insights as key HR programs are implemented, such as our pay and performance review process and employee engagement survey. Partner with our Centers of Excellence: Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and HR Operations to deliver programs and execute on HR plans. Partner with HR Shared Services as they lead transactional work where required, ensure tracking and follow-up. Deliver rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions to guide decision-making. Guide on-boarding and off-boarding; identify strategic workforce trends. Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR or related business field preferred. Professional certification in HR preferred (PHR, SPHR) 5+ years HR generalist experience preferred Wide-ranging HR background required demonstrated experience leading complex situations, creative problem-solving and strong influencing skills in a matrixed environment. Must have exceptional judgement and discretion. Strong employee relations experience with issues specific to performance management and leaves of absence Coaching and counseling at manager and employee level experience required. Experience conducting workplace investigations, demonstrating effective listening, probing and investigatory skills with the ability to synthesize data, identify root problems/causes, and recommend actions to resolution in partnership with Legal Proven track record of building strong relationships, based on trust and credibility, both within the Business and HR Experience supporting sales teams and working knowledge of sales compensation preferred Ability to lead and make decisions independently is expected. Experience supporting multiple organizations and HR partners preferred Ability to meet deadlines, run shifting priorities with a sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlines is needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. User level knowledge of HR Systems is critical Workday experience a plus Facilitation skills desired.
