SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST (ACCESSIBILITY TESTING).MANDATORY STAFF QUALIFICATIONSMust have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in:Applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in systems analysis and design.Analysis of technical documentation, testing techniques and perform accessibility testing using various accessibility tools like Color Contrast Analyzer, JAWS/NVDA/WAT, and WAVE etc.Perform research, analysis, and testing on applications to ensure they are compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).Work closely with development teams and business analysts during application development lifecycle to implement accessibility requirements to ensure compliance.Performing accessibility testing on applications and websites using mobile app/smart phones, tablets with built in assistive features.Using Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar tools;Conducting in-depth Section 508/WCAG compliance assessments via manual reviews and using automated test tools and assistive technologies.Documenting accessibility reports and accessibility remediation/exception defects.Providing mentoring and training to staff in the areas of application analysis, test case development, test execution, troubleshooting, and test documentation;Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Science field.
