Job DetailsWe believe in collaboration, we don't tolerate egos, and we love to learn from each other! As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be working on both new and existing development projects while teaching & mentoring junior engineers with hands-on with code.You will be coming in and shipping quality code immediately. As a member of our team, you will have the choice if you want to work on the backend, frontend, or work both ends of the stack.You will be performing code reviews and helping provide feedback. We have a collaborative environment and conduct paired programming sessions to help improve each others skills. We value each others thoughts and support and have a closely knit team.What We're Looking For
  • 6 years' experience in fast-moving software engineering production environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails from hands-on experience in the real world.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science would be nice but not required
