Duties:

Day to day operations of drivers: managing schedules, ensuring load out processes, etc.

Dispatching drivers and resolving issues and opportunities throughout the day.

Administrative duties: billing, claims, etc.

Adhere and enforce all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Prior experience in Home Delivery Operations.

Management Experience

Computer Proficiency.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal.)

Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
