Fireside Pizza and Catering has been in business since 2016 and we are a fast-paced mobile food truck and trailer specializing in wood fire brick oven pizza. We specialize in catering and private events.

Location: The work location is determined by the event - we travel all around

Hours: Must be available for days and evenings. Weekends are a must!

Experience: On-site training available but must have references. Catering experience a plus!

Pay Rate: Negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of food for catering events. Calculate and load the mobile unit with relevant product and supplies that will be used that day. Monitor inventory and assist in the preparation of weekly food orders. Stretch, prep, cut, box and expedite the wood fire pizza at a very fast-moving pace. Assist in the set-up and serving of food at private events.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Critical thinking and able to take the initiative to resolve challenges.

Basic knowledge of food allergies, cross-contamination, dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian. (ServSafe)

Openness to learning and growing

Act in a highly professional manner and understand that honesty and ethics are essential.

Be able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds. Additionally, be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time in potentially hot temperatures depending on the weather.
