BMW of Peabody is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about the BMW brand. We are looking for tech savy individuals looking to build careers in the automotive industry. The "BMW Genius" is specially trained to demonstrate and help get customers familiar with all aspects of their BMW – before, during, and after the purchase.

This position offers a compensation of $15/hour plus bonuses!

Duties include:

Product presentation and explanation, done by working with Sales Managers to keep clients in the showroom engaged and enthused.

Work with clients in the service drive, i.e. product questions, demonstration of features, and post op of delivery.

Establish ongoing consultative relationship with customer by being available during business hours to answer questions.

Completing sold car deliveries alongside the MINI Motoring Advisors.

Upgrade knowledge of MINI products and services by training on-the-job and participating in educational and development programs on and off site.

Generate goodwill by greeting and serving the customer promptly and courteously.

Professionally, courteously and respectfully interact with clients to provide a consistent premium customer experience building dealer sales loyalty.

Strong customer service skills

Technologically savvy

Willingness and ability to learn

Motivated and able to perform in a fast paced environment

Desire to grow into a luxury vehicle sales associate

Ability to drive a manual shift - a plus but not required

Clean driving record
