Jaguar Land Rover Peabody is looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated representative for our Service Business Development Center. The Service BDC acts as a liaison, building relationships with clients to generate business.
The ideal candidate will initiate contact with our clientele for prospective service work. This will also include reminders of upcoming service work, appointment scheduling contacting clients with open recalls, campaigns and much more while ensuring the best customer experience.
Other duties and tasks will be assigned by the management team as needed.

This is a full time position with the following schedule: Monday – Friday 9a-5:30p with occasional Saturdays
Compensation has a base of $17/hr with a monthly bonus.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service setting making cold calls
Excellent follow-up skills
Must be a team player and willing to help out with different tasks
Extraordinary communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well and multitask in a high volume, fast paced setting
Be self-motivated and results driven
Demonstrate an enthusiastic, friendly and professional attitude
