Direct Care workers start at $14.00 per hour and will increase to $15.31 after the required on the job, paid trainings. Retention Bonus is available up to $1000 for qualified candidates. Based on the worksite location some payrates may be higher.

The qualifications:

18 years of age or older

Acceptable CORI

Provide two professional references

Additional preferred qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license

Acceptable driving record

Direct Care workers will assist the adults we serve with:

Personal Care

Cooking

Cleaning/Laundry

Display an eagerness to support their interest through outings and programs offered in the community and throughout the agency

The location:

We have many small group homes throughout Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin Counties. Our staff get to work with the individuals we serve in a small, comfortable home-like setting.
