The company

We're looking for a Chief of Staff who loves solving problems, excited to manage accounts for large hotels, and ready to dive into the challenges of being all-hands on the ground in a fast growing startup - including managing offshore workers, designing new processes, and negotiating with our supplier partners.

At Clickpart, we’re building the next generation of technology to reinvent the multi-billion hotel procurement industry. Our platform is being used by some of the largest hotel brands, who are excited about scaling out across their portfolio with us.

Our CEO is ex-McKinsey, with experience across large Fortune 100s and startups, and is excited to hire a new right hand person to help her navigate the new phase of growth!

This is a full time role. Remote working possible indefinitely, although there may be an option to move to San Francisco (our HQ) in the future!

The Team

We are a startup, a small team. The culture we foster is important to us. You can count on us to listen, to be honest, and to try our best to do what’s right, every day. At Clickpart, we each have a responsibility to ensure every team member has an equal opportunity to succeed, to be heard, to exchange ideas openly, to build lasting relationships, and to do work which excites them and they take pride in. We are constantly changing and adapting, and want someone who works with us to define new processes, suggest new features, and rethink how we work.

This position

We are seeking a driven, self-starting Account Manager to further develop our partner relationships and supporting functions. Our Account Managers are responsible for developing long-term relationships with our customers, advocating on their behalf and fostering their success using Clickparts’s services and platform.

Responsibilities

- Generally, be the right hand person to the CEO - a former McKinsey consultant with experience at large Fortune 100s and startups.

- Manage several large customer accounts while providing the highest level of sales and support.

- Regularly evaluate each partner account, identifying growth and up-selling opportunities.

- Ability to analyze and interpret data such as performance metrics and historical trends.

- Negotiate relationships with suppliers.

- Manage off-shore team members.

- Run the onboarding and kickoff process with new customers.

- Suggest new product features and processes to help the company continuously improve and rethink how we operate.

- Occasionally travel to meet customers in-person, when Covid-19 travel warnings have been lifted and you feel comfortable.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Excellent and professional written and verbal communication.

- Experience with Excel and Powerpoint.

- Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills are a MUST!

- We value individuals that are fearless, coachable, and determined, and arrive at Clickpart each day with a positive attitude.
