This will require someone with expert level customer support experience and a passion for troubleshooting high level issues down to the root cause while keeping the customers best interests in mind.In order to be a successful engineer this person will need to have strong experience with a combination of the following:Sharepoint Online/Sharepoint on prem - have you manged a SharePoint site?
