Location: Des Moines, IA Description: Mid-Level IT Service Desk/PC TechLocation: Remote to start but candidates must be in the Des Moines area, IAContract: 6 monthsShift: No weekend shifts. This person will either be working; 8-4:45 or 11:45-8:30; M-Fri Q&A:Contractor is hired to assist with Level 1 in coming technical support calls. Contractor will log in and take calls, will also assist with Bomgar chat inquiries and other offshore duties assigned to the Service Desk, i.e. RSA provisioning, M: Drive removals, Google Analytics Account setups, etc.Technologies utilized: Office 365, Windows 10, Avaya, Bomgar Chat, VDI, VPN Pulse Secure, RSA Console, TOTP Console for remote usersMust Haves Call Center experience - phone experience, this excludes candidates who have worked in a walk up service or ticket response to customers and calling them back. Our techs take 35-40 calls a day so the candidate needs to have experience taking multiple calls daily with the ability to mult-task Proven technical depth and experience - able to articulate their experience during the interview process Exceptional Customer Service Delivery skills Availability to work evening shifts as scheduled. Evening shifts are 11:45 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Candidate needs to be located closely to Des Moines in the event that if we are told we need to report back to the home office full time, they can get there to work their shift. Must be detail oriented and have strong communication, customer service, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. Working Conditions: May be required to move 50-60 pounds as a physical requirement of this position. May be required to provide on call support. Responsibilities:Log, diagnose and resolve intermediate to advanced computer-related calls.
