The Systems Analyst will resolve complex enterprise system problems, test cost-effective solutions, and provide support to ensure efficient daily operation of the organizations network and computer systems. Coordinates with managers and users to identify systems problems, assess severity of the issues, and prioritizes responses as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities• Perform the duties of a technical subject matter expert including case resolution, enhancement requests, and administration for NetSuite ERP system, Dell Boomi integration, WMS, TMS, and BI / Data warehouse.• Drive testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases.• Communicate and collaborate with users, stakeholders, and other technical resources to maintain our system.• Translate high-level objectives provided by management into viable systems-based solutions for process or procedure based on functional specifications.• Take ownership for gathering business and technical requirements.• Analyze current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements to the end-user experience.· Perform other IT related tasks and projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements• 5+ years supporting enterprise software with integrations• Enterprise system level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom records, scripting, workflows, reports, saved searches, dashboards, and forms to manage unique business process requirements• Experience with JavaScript and HTML• Hands on experience with designing and supporting integration between business systems.• Excellent time and project management skills – can coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced business culture• Experience leading process-improvement initiatives• Agile project management & development/deployment methodologies• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing work environment• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience Preferred Requirements• NetSuite Administrator Certification• 2+ years of experience with scripting in SuiteScript• 2+ years SQL experience• Experience configuring and supporting Dell Boomi• Magento eCommerce development, integration, and configuration• WMS configuration, support, and maintenance• PLM development, configuration, and integration• Looker BI or equivalent experience• Java Scripting, SOAP, XML, JSON, & REST experience• Experience in SaaS-based software businessVacancy expired!
