- Analyze operational data and methods, identify performance improvement opportunities, and implement technology systems that meet business objectives
- Prepare accurate expenditure proposals and cost justification analysis
- Drive continuous upgrades of production facilities and processes through cost-effective capital projects to meet changing distribution and manufacturing requirements
- Drive process improvements: new technology installations, current process enhancements, cost control initiatives, etc
- Provide operational system support for in-house software and manufacturing systems
- Bachelors Degree or Software Engineering, IT or any related discipline of engineering
- Experience with ERP Systems, databases and SQL queries
- Must have experience with Sage products
