Keller Schroeder, an information technology firm in Evansville, IN is seeking a Help Desk Technicianto assist our direct client for approximately 6 months in Evansville. This position has the potential for contract to hire.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide troubleshooting of PC including Microsoft Office and Outlook both onsite and remote
  • Coaching of best practice use of devices, software and other technology and services
  • Create Nd update online knowledgebases and documentation
  • Coordinate device checkout, inventory, and maintenance
  • Maintain and troubleshoot audiovisual systems and emergency communication systems
  • Assist in vetting new devices and services as well as long-range planning

Requirements:
  • 2 years’ helpdesk or related experience
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products
  • Active Directory experience required
  • Troubleshooting, problem analysis, and decision-making abilities
  • Microsoft Server experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and support
