Job DetailsWe are looking for a Senior Applications Engineer that can do the following:
  • Designing, installing, maintaining and monitoring the performance of our wireless broadband access networks on production and test environments
  • Test wireless PHY and MAC features
  • Leading customer field trials, market trials, pilot deployments and in some cases commercial network deployments
  • Designing, implementing and supporting turn-key solutions.
  • Providing technical support to customers and channeling partners on configuration and deployment of our technology
  • Developing product manuals, guidelines, procedures
  • Giving customer presentations and supporting sales and marketing activities with a variety of wireless operator customers.
MUST HAVE, knowledge of:
  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other scientific discipline
  • OFDM based wireless systems like LTE or WLAN
  • RF/microwave network design, link budget analysis.
  • Basic networking concepts, like IP addressing, VLANs etc.
NICE TO HAVE, knowledge of:
  • Advanced networking concepts
  • Advanced wireless technologies like smart-antenna radios, interference cancelation etc. is a plus.
