Description SAIC is seeking a
Software/Test Engineer to support our efforts in Huntsville, AL. The S3I customer for this effort is the Joint Attack Munition Systems (JAMS) Project Office (PO), Program Executive Office (PEO) Missiles and Space. This effort will be in support of the Air-to-Ground Missile System. The contractor will provide engineering support and technical expertise in to include software engineering, suitability, supportability, sustainment and testing support for the software and firmware configuration items within the various missiles, trainers, test assets, and components of the Air to Ground Munitions Systems (AGMS). The selected candidate will provide software sustainment support with an emphasis on software testing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Modify and Maintain Code
- Develop and Run Test Scripts
- Develop and Modify Test Procedures
- Verify and Validate Code Builds
- Create Build Environments
- Collaborate with System Engineers and System Leads
- Bachelors and five (5) years of experience
- Must have an active Secret Security Clearance to start
- Understand Full Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience Testing and Writing Test Scripts and Procedures for Tactical Systems
- Experience with Ada, C, MATLab
- Knowledge and Experience with Missile Systems
