ResponsibilitiesAs a Vice President in Enquero’s Digital Consulting - Data and Analytics’ solutions portfolio, you will be part of a fast-paced team with the overall responsibility for managing the Analytics solution lifecycle starting from Ideation to concept creation to engineering lifecycle management of the solutions. You will leverage your wide range of experiences, developed professional concepts as well as understanding of the industry, customer and company objectives to identify the unique solutions in the form of playbooks, solution sets, frameworks, tools and reusable modules that will enable the company to strengthen its positioning among existing and prospective customer segments.The Digital consulting, client engagement and solutioning team of Enquero is working with the customer executives to drive large data driven digital transformation programs starting from the platform blueprinting to implementation and rollout of the programs and data driven digital insights. As a VP of the solutioning portfolio within Digital Consulting, you will be leading a team of consultants and engineers with credentials across data engineering, Analytics, ML and Visualization. You should be having a consulting and solutioning mindset to identify the unique opportunity space where the organization can position uniquely with a solution offering. You also should be possessing the engineering mindset and the knowledge of engineering processes and tools to engineer the solution blueprints into sellable and deployable solutions, frameworks and tools.Key Responsibilities:- Leadership, management and growth of the Data Analytics solutioning portfolio of the Digital Consulting team of Enquero
- Business leadership with deeper understanding of the business objectives associated with P&L and outcomes expected from data driven consulting engagements
- Leading the concept design, build and driving of overall data strategy, architecture and implementation roadmap for the processes, systems, tools and capabilities required to be built to drive the data driven digital roadmap of our customers
- Building the culture of continuous innovation by delivering tangible and showable outcomes in the Data and Analytics space in the form of solutions, PoVs, Concept prototypes etc.
- Complete responsibility of the solutions initiatives that the organization wants to drive within the Data and Analytics space with a strong solution mindset to drive.
- Driving the solution conceptualization and engineering with knowledge of broad software engineering practices and principles, tools and technologies and software architecture
- Solutions comprise of business playbooks across business portfolios, especially in sales, marketing and customer success, process frameworks and technology accelerators.
- Oversee the development, delivery, and transformation of platforms & products by establishing and consistently executing on product strategies and in alignment with a dynamic product roadmap.
- Build and foster a culture of engineering excellence and accountability capable of producing best-in-class engineering products with a focus on team, quality, agility, trust, and timely delivery.
- Drive modern engineering principles and practices by implementing relevant techniques, processes, and best practices.
- Establish and maintain metrics, goals, and quality standards.
- Form partnerships with key functions and senior leaders from across the Client organization
- 15+ years of overall industry experience as a consultant and solution architect with last 8 years in the world of Data and Analytics
- Deeper credentials in the business outcomes to be delivered through digital transformations
- Deeper exposure of the D&A technology spectrum and the cloud offerings landscape from hyperscale platform providers like AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform
- Clear understanding of the data lifecycle management with the mindset of roles as solution architect, data architect and data modeler
- Deeper credentials in rolling out platforms and programs from concepts to systems and re-engineered processes and system managed workflow
