Mid Level Product Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience required
• Agency experience preferred, with 3+ years' experience in a client-facing role and knowledge of overall agency structures and agile project management methodologies
• Experience using web-based email management software - specifically setting up, previewing, testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring email blasts; Adobe Campaign Classic experience required
• Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills and experience with developing and editing code for email templates
• Knowledge and experience with email marketing best practices, innovations, and connections to the email marketing community
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of campaign execution processes, audience segmentation methods, industry best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines across multiple projects and team members
• Basic understanding of marketing database systems, data management and cleansing processes, ETLs/APIs and identity management preferred
• Knowledge of Adobe Campaign best practices and Recommendations
• An understanding of CRM and how Campaign works with them
• Familiarity with a variety of cross-channel campaign management platforms and marketing cloud solutions preferred (Adobe, SalesForce, Redpoint, Oracle, or similar)
• Familiarity with tools such as Movable Ink, Litmus, LiveClicker, Email on Acid preferred
• Adobe Campaign Classic Architect /Business Practitioner Certification is a plus
