RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Business Operations Analyst II in support of our industry leading technology development client in Houston, TX. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions.Key Tasks: Drives setting of supply strategies for select set of components, and translation/transformation of said strategy into detailed supply plans via IBP Directly engages with suppliers on details of supply plans, assesses supplier capabilities to meet plans, and works issue resolution as gaps appear Time horizon for planning cycle is 12 months Collaborates with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain, execute, and enhance current business processes Produces, reviews, and proliferates performance metrics and results on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement Researches and analyzes priority projects within established guidelines and targets (predefined schedules, goal ranges)REQUIREMENTS: Undergraduate college degree, preferably in supply chain related studies Typically, 3-5 years of experience in planning, or related area Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver) Strong analytical and data modeling skills; Developed Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation; Advanced knowledge of data manipulation tools like MS Excel and Access Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language Strong and effective interpersonal and networking skills; Must have the ability to deliver under ambiguous and or complex circumstances Moderate level of knowledge of inventory analysis, product line setups, forecast creation and measurement Developing Project Management Skills Demonstrated sense of urgency, good understanding of escalation paths and trigger points Demonstrated positive leadership, enthusiasm for the success of the role assigned, and proved teamwork skills As a plus (nice to have, but not required): Knowledge of planning tools such as IBPKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
