We are looking for a resource with 1-3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Demand Planning Analyst, or Inventory Analyst.

Description:• The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will be responsible for the supply planning and forecasting for the various clients across the supply chain.• The Analyst will assist in the short and long-term strategic direction for aspects specific to demand and supply planning, including plans to drive part in stock %, inventory optimization, while minimizing excess and obsolescence costs.• The Analyst will assist in promoting synergy among all business support groups of the global supply chain, and primarily does this by influencing the teams and peers in Procurement, Supplier Management as well as Operations, to ensure departmental results are delivered in accordance with the Supply Chain Planning strategic plan and Company Core Values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Execute daily review, and action planning for key KPI’s across the supply chain• Collaborate with demand planning peers in the upload, creation, and maintenance of supply planning and forecasting data• Execute the deployment of inventory to support new item launches, existing items and ensure any gaps to plan are communicated to key stakeholders• Ensure appropriate safety stock levels are maintained, and drive recommendations for adjustment, to avoid stock out situation without risking E&O exposure• Monitor inventory levels and expected deliveries and take necessary actions in a timely manner to ensure backorders are minimized• Lead and influence in a highly matrixed environment and have significant interaction with functional teams such as Procurement, Supplier Management, Client Services, Risk Management, Finance, and Operations• Drive Supply Chain Planning strategy and collaborate with Procurement and Finance to develop plans, both long-term and short-term. and reporting, to optimize equipment costs while maintaining customer experience (like-for-like, fill rate, safety stock etc.)• Lead through collaboration in all operational groups within the supply chain through information sharing, thought leadership, and tactical and strategic planning• Deliver analysis and data on supply chain performance (for planning and procurement – inventory levels, equipment costs, etc.)• Assist in the implementation, data management, and development of an advanced planning solution

PROFESSIONAL COMPENTENCIES:• Detail oriented, able to identify anomalies and errors in data, and to capture trends to apply to planning model.• Strong ability to move between tactical and strategic aspects of business• Proven ability to set direction, clearly articulate a strong point of view and influence others• Exceptional financial and analytical skills, including deep knowledge of spreadsheets and databases• High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment• Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity• Able to assess a variety of information, draw similarities and compile actionable recommendations• Strong interpersonal skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Supply Chain management or Global Procurement• BS Supply Chain Management or other technical/mathematical field• MBA with quantitative background or other Advanced Degree preferred but not required• Expert Excel Skill level, experience with SQL• Experience with an Advanced Planning System such as Kinaxis, O9, PTC, GAINSystems, DemandCast, JDA, SAS, etc.
