If you're a match, please apply or contact Krista Joy or phone WORK DUTIES: The Consultant shall work under the direction of a PD Project Manager to ensure the successful implementation and consolidation of multiple justice systems using a cloud-based CRM solution. The Consultant shall perform all of the following duties:Duty 1: Technical Leadership
- Responsible for requirements gathering, design, development prototyping, testing, documentation, and deployment of Salesforce solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Translate business requirements to technical/business solution options and communicate those effectively to key stakeholders in design read-outs, both from a technical and business aspect.
- Define and map technical architecture for documentation of processes and backend Salesforce workings.
- Adhere to platform best practices for implementing Salesforce solutions with security standards, user experience, business effectiveness, and customers in mind.
- Integration experience using both web-based technologies (SOAP & REST), Integration and Middleware storage solution such as Box and third-party apps.
- Coordinate and oversee meetings with stakeholders to capture business objectives for the described projects.
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements using proven business practices and tools.
- Review business analysis documents to identify and analyze solutions to meet business objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to inform Departmental leadership about the solutions available to meet business objectives; reports must include risk assessments, IT assessments, and cost evaluations.
- Document project objectives.
- Write clear and concise project documents to include project charters, project plans, work breakdown structures, and any other project management documents prescribed by Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.
- Establish job completion and quality of work standards.
- Establish project metrics to measure and manage work performance.
- Identify key personnel and defining responsibilities.
- Establish and communicate project plans with clearly defined tasks, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Routinely review and update project plans to achieve project objectives within timeline and budgetary limits.
- Review project designs and collaborate with design teams to address issues/conflicts during all project phases.
- Routinely disseminate accurate and timely project information to include project status, changes, schedule adjustments, risk management, and conflicts.
- Plan systems implementation to include end-user training, systems integration, and continued systems support plan.
- Establish system performance benchmarks for evaluating systems operational health levels.
- Gather and prepare closeout documents necessary for the turnover of completed systems.
- Ensure development of systems operational procedures and support plan.
- Identify project critical paths for proper management of project risks.
- Identify problems, evaluate trends and anticipate conflicts to create and implement project control measures.
- Ensure inspections of any tangible work that has been completed.
- Conduct routine project performance reviews to identify and document good practices, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement procedures for the execution of work, delivering instructions to project team in a timely fashion, and ensuring that the practices exercised are appropriate and efficient for the work being completed.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met.
