Description:technical PC skills including knowledge of operating systems, networking, and/or hardware required. Must be detail-oriented and have strong communication, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. May be required to provide on-call support. High school diploma or equivalent required; computer-related designation or certification preferred. Two to four years of related work experience required. Must-haves: 1. Intermediate Technical PC Skills, Including knowledge of operating systems, networking (example - built their own network at home). 2. Knowledge of Outlook and Office Suite 3. Customer Service Skills (phone support) Preferred Skills 1. Knowing basic IT troubleshooting 2. Polished communication skills 3. Works well in a team environment. Skills:HelpDesk, Technical Support, Microsoft Office 2010, Windows 7, Password Reset, Blackberry SupportTop Skills Details:1) 1+ years of Help Desk phone support exp.2) Professionalism (need to be able to have excellent communication skills and represent themselves well)3) Troubleshooting skills (need someone that has or wants to work through issues to find an answer and not escalate to other teams.)Additional Skills & Qualifications:Strong customer service skills.
