Hope Park Corporation d/b/a Prescott Place is a family owned business located in the College View community of Lincoln, NE. We are a privately-owned and operated licensed twenty-four bed mental health facility. We are within walking distance of The Mill coffee house, Union College, Lincoln StarTran bus stops, restaurants, and bakeries. Super Saver, Target and many other stores are within a one-mile radius. OFFER

Prescott Place will provide the following amenities without charge:

One bedroom

One master-sized bathroom (shared with another staff on premise)

Wireless internet and cable TV in rooms

Common family room with 42" HDTV

Utilities (excluding long distance calling outside the USA)

Kitchen and laundry

Three-meals a day, (menu set for facility)

Medication Aide certification, facility will pay for class with a 6-month commitment

EXPECTATIONS

In exchange for the above complementary amenities, Prescott Place expects the following:

Sunday-Saturday, 9 p.m.- 6:30 a.m.remain on the property in case of emergency (these nights can alternate with another staff)

Once a week, Monday- Friday (day negotiable), 5p.m.- 6:30a.m.serve supper to residents, distribute evening medications, remain on property in case of emergency.

Once a month (weekend negotiable), full Saturday and Sunday 7a.m.-9p.m. prepare and serve three meals, distribute all medications, remain on property in case of emergency

ADDITIONAL

Opportunity to make extra money by working additional evenings, weekends and some afternoons (can alternate with current staff). Pay rate starting at $12.00/hour.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prescott Place will consider applicants who:

Pass a state and local background check

Have or will seek Medication Aide certification (class/license fees will be paid by Prescott Place with 6-month commitment)

Have patient, kind, understanding demeanors

Are familiar with or willing to learn food preparation

Preferably, do not smoke
