Inside Sales Customer Service Rep

Kryger Glass is currently seeking an Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative for our Omaha market. We are a retail and distribution auto glass company with locations throughout the Midwest.

This is a part-time hourly position in a very busy service center.

We are looking for a long-term employee that can build a relationship with our clients, work in a fast paced environment and can handle the fast pace while working with a sense of urgency.

Hours flexible; 20-30 per week between normal business hours M-F, 8 am to 5 pm. Salary is 12-$14/hour, depending on experience.

We are a casual work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

> Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders and/or gives quotes

> Determines charges for parts requested

> Accounts receivable duties include; collects deposits, collections of past due accounts, applying payment to accounts.

> Solicits sale of new or additional customers.

> Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.

> Other duties may be assigned.

> Customer Service Skills: manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs

> Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness

> Strong organizational skills

> Is consistently at work and on time.
