-Process all contracts-copy and create files.
-Prepare cash sheets for all monies captured; match all credit cards ran and batch out credit card machine.
-Ensure incoming worksheets and sign off on them for accuracy.
-Process contracts in database, capture down payments & submit credit inquiries.
-Proof read contracts for error.
-Directly assist sales staff, managers, and Directors as needed in a professional manner.
-Solve contract problems and discrepancies as needed.
-Put together sales kits with all forms required to execute a deal.
-Create, maintain and distribute reports & statistics directly to Executives
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Must have skill with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
-Ability to multi-task & work in fast paced environment
-Attention to detail -Excellent organizational & time management skills
-Type 45 WPM +
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
