We are a wholesale ladies footwear company located in Mineola, Long Island.

We are seeking a person who is able to multi task, has a good friendly attitude, responsible, and reliable.

Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, & Power Point).

Prefer someone with experience in the ladies shoe industry. If Possible, experience with OMS (Office Master System). Otherwise, we will train.

Must speak fluent English. However, would be nice to find someone who's bilingual (a 2nd language other than English).

Responsibilities but not limited to:

Customer Service: Answer calls, take orders over the phone, via e-mail, and establish a relationship with the customer.

Order entry & Invoicing.

Shipping with UPS World Ship, FedEx Ship Manager, USPS-Stamps.com.

Follow-up on customer's back-orders.

Inventory Management.

Other miscellaneous administrative tasks.
