Locations available in Stow and Hudson.

You will be responsible for:

Teaching everyday life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and self-care

Going on community outings, shopping trips, dining and may include transporting/attending doctor visits

Understanding and utilizing individualized plans

Providing personal care

Completing all documentation in a professional, accurate and timely manner

Qualifications:

18 years or older

High school diploma or GED from an accredited school

Valid Ohio driver's license (four points or less)

Car insurance and reliable transportation

Must pass pre-employment drug screening & background checks
