Office Manager Job Description
General Job Description: The Office Manager is the backbone of each Window Town location. He/She is the face of the company and the first person each of our customer’s interacts with.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling Inbound Customer Phone Calls and Scheduling Estimates, Installations, and Service Calls
Verifying Documentation and Document Processing in Software System for Sales, Installations, and Service Contracts
Ordering of Installation Materials and Office Supplies
Making Bank Deposits
Confirmations of Window Orders
Work Diligently to Schedule Internet Leads by making multiple calls and not giving up
Documentation of all verbal and written correspondence with customers in software system Notes/History
Minor Duties and Responsibilities:
Light Cleaning of Office and Showroom areas
Other Duties as assigned by Manager
Qualifications for the Job:
Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation to and from Work and for Bank Deposits
High School Diploma or GED
Key Skills & Competencies:
Self Starter able to work without supervision and in a solitary environment
Positive Attitude and Aptitude to Handle Customer Service and Complaints
Proficiency in using Internet, Windows, Scanning, Copying, and using Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software
High attention to detail to observe and correct inaccuracies in documentation
Starting Pay:
Office Manager pay begins at $15 per hour and can increase depending on experience and skills.
