Agente de Arrendamiento No experiencia

Our management company is in immediate need for a Leasing Agent for our apartment community. You do NOT need any experience we will train you and teach you everything you need to learn!

REQUIREMENTS :

-Strong written and oral communication skills

-Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

-Working knowledge or ability to learn property management software

YOU MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH & SPANISH)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

-Market the community and tour the property with potential new renters

-Handle all administrative duties including paperwork, leases, applications, move-ins, renewals etc

-Positive attitude that also comes through with his/her phone voice

-Process applications, follow up with applicants, and lease apartments

La administración de nuestra empresa necesita de inmediato un(a) agente de arrendamiento para uno de nuestros apartamentos complejos. NO necesita tener experiencia, nosotros te entrenaremos y te enseñaremos todo lo que necesites para aprender y desempeñar el trabajo!

REQUISITOS:

Sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita

Aptitud para trabajar bien tanto de forma independiente como tambien en grupo

Conocimiento de tu trabajo y capacidad para aprender software de administración de propiedades

DEBES SER BILINGÜE (INGLÉS Y ESPAÑOL)

RESPONSABILIDADES :

Anunciar la comunidad, recorrer y enseñar la propiedad a posibles/potenciales nuevos inquilinos

Manejar todas las tareas administrativas, incluyendo trámites de arrendamientos, solicitudes, mudanzas, renovaciones de contratos, etc.

Actitud positiva personalmente y que también se escuche en su voz a través de de su teléfono

Procesar solicitudes, dar seguimiento a los solicitantes y alquilar apartamentos
