How You Will Contribute:

As a Simplicity by Hayden Homes Warranty Technician, you will be responsible for providing an unparalleled customer experience throughout your region. You will also be responsible for ensuring service and warranty requests are fulfilled and completed in a timely manner throughout your region.

Responsibilities Include:

Customer Service: Interacting with customers, participating in New Home Orientations (NHO) and ensuring all service and warranty issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Technical: Diagnose customer service and warranty requests and identify and select the appropriate course of action.

Customer Experience: Manage the daily operations of Simplicity customer service within assigned region to create an unparalleled home buying experience. Identify and implement ways to enhance the customer experience and manage our Customer Delight process.

What You Can Offer:

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook and Excel.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Hands on repair skills and knowledge of basic construction procedures.

Abilities:

Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences.

Ability to perform hands on repairs and knowledge of basic construction procedures.

Ability to self-direct, be resourceful and meet deadlines with professional, quality results.

Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints while functioning at a high level of effectiveness.

Ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization as well as build relationships with outside resources.

Exceptional organizational abilities, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Experience:

Minimum of two years construction field experience strongly preferred. Warranty experience also preferred.
