Black Butte Ranch has an immediate opening for a talented Manager to lead our Guest Services team. For 50 years our Welcome Center has been the heart of making memories for all who come to the Ranch. From first impressions for a new visitor to beloved homeowners to our employees, it starts when you enter the Ranch at the Welcome Center.

This vital role oversees operations of the Welcome Center, including responsibility for creating an excellent customer service experience for homeowners and guests of the Ranch. The Welcome Center Manager (WCM) will lead the guest services team in achieving the standard operating procedures and service principles as defined by the Director of Rental Operations. Direct reports include our guest service agents, night auditors and our vacation sales agents. A critical component of this position is the ability to train, motivate and develop a team of service minded individuals that take pride in coordinating the Ranch’s access programs for owners, guests and vendors. The Welcome Center Manager will report directly to the Director of Rentals Operations; however, this position will work closely with Housekeeping in coordinating the guest registration process.

The position involves high level decision making, supervisory skills, communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills. Self-motivation, goal setting and confidentiality are important to the success in this role. 3 - 5 years management experience in a front desk or comparable setting is needed for this position.
