Part Time Administrative Assistant – $15.00
A local Lebanon, OR company is searching for an Administrative Assistant who will support a diverse range of administrative needs. The Administrative Assistant will work with a small, collaborative team working together to meet goals and deadlines. This role takes the lead on answering phones, data entry, organizing, filing, AP/AR and other general office duties. This position calls for a highly organized and customer-service minded individual, working internally with management, and other office staff.

What we look for:
Two or more years of experience in an office setting
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, 365, SharePoint (or G-Suite), and QuickBooks
Type 30+ words per minute
Excellent customer service skill
Great attention to detail
