Responsibilities• Communicate complex ideas in a visually compelling manner and bring data to life through visual representation • Create visual process workflows• Create/modify step-by-step instructions on Sales-facing materials• Create/maintain organizational charts for the Sales organization• Design PowerPoint presentations for multi-purpose use and for a variety of audiences. Presentations may include corporate strategy, financial updates, process/policy changes, etc.• Partner with the Training team to maintain/update policies, processes and documents on our Intranet • Partner with Legal to create/maintain legal documents such as contract templates, terms & conditions, written policies, etc. Minimum Qualifications –• Experience with the following tools/software:• Microsoft Tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel (required)• Adobe software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat (required)• Workflow software: Microsoft Visio and/or Lucidchart (required)• Intranet/Content Management System (CMS)/Publishing: SharePoint, Adobe Experience Manager (these two platforms preferred, other CMS experience OK)• Strong design/desktop publishing skills and operational mindset • Expert-level PowerPoint skills – ability to design for financial information, strategy and operational updates• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to build out workflows/processes based on raw input• Adept at designing client-facing documentation (contracts, policies, etc.)• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously• Proficiency with taking presentation content and transforming into well-designed slides. Must understand the information that is being articulated and how to best illustrate the information.• High attention to detailVacancy expired!
