Keller Schroeder, an information technology firm in Evansville, IN is seeking a Help Desk Technicianto assist our direct client for approximately 6 months in Evansville. This position has the potential for contract to hire.
Responsibilities:- Provide troubleshooting of PC including Microsoft Office and Outlook both onsite and remote
- Coaching of best practice use of devices, software and other technology and services
- Create Nd update online knowledgebases and documentation
- Coordinate device checkout, inventory, and maintenance
- Maintain and troubleshoot audiovisual systems and emergency communication systems
- Assist in vetting new devices and services as well as long-range planning
- 2 years’ helpdesk or related experience
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products
- Active Directory experience required
- Troubleshooting, problem analysis, and decision-making abilities
- Microsoft Server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and support
