The Process Analyst will be responsible for helping the enterprise IT organization to realize the optimal value in its staff and technology investments, with a goal of ensuring that its services are aligned with customer requirements. Under general direction, the Process Analyst will examine enterprise-wide technology processes, procedures, and standards. The Process Analyst will evaluate the merits of proposed process improvements and make recommendations to decision-makers on the best investments to achieve desired goals. The analyst will serve as project manager on many process improvement initiatives, leveraging project management standards in alignment with ITIL criteria, and responsible for devising timelines, managing resources, tracking, and reporting progress, and ensuring quality outcomes. In this capacity, the Process Analyst must possess exceptional communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. The analyst will collect metrics required to assess the effectiveness of past interventions, and track service performance against established expectations.The preferred candidate will have Lean, agile or project management training/experience and ITIL experience and/or certification.

  • Under general supervision, formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
  • Leads IT process improvement initiatives using lean/agile methodologies, ITIL standards and project management skills to achieve desired results.
  • Broad understanding of enterprise IT organization structures and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-team projects
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate to diverse audiences, with an aptitude for crafting clear and concise presentations and written status updates
  • Strong analytical skills
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Position Compensation Range: $33.90 - $54.23 HourlyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Bachelors degree.
  • Experience: 5 years relevant experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers.
