Telecommunications Specialist LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting a Telecommunications Specialist to support our efforts at the US EPA Region 1 Office in Boston, MA.

Job Duties
  • Coordinate logistics of all virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams, Teams live events, Adobe Connect)
  • Schedule and execute rehearsals prior to events to ensure all parties are prepared for success.
  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve platform issues before, during, and after an event.
  • Coordinate on-site videoconferences – test calls, troubleshooting, connection, and monitoring
  • Maintain videoconferencing systems (Cisco, Tandberg, and Logitech), including installation and configuration of new/replacement equipment, and advising management on new equipment purchases
  • Provide Audio/Visual and other technical support for meetings held in A/V conference rooms
  • Provide training in use of Cisco, Tandberg, and Logitech equipment
  • Maintain communications for EPA Region 1, including VoIP servers and gateways, voice messaging, and end user training services as required
  • Deploy and support Avaya VoIP phones (moves, adds, and changes)
  • Create and update Knowledgebase documentation
  • Experience managing in-house phone system integration in both VoIP and PSTN a plus
  • Experience in Avaya systems administration and Cisco/Tandberg VTC Systems a plus
  • Hands on experience with Logitech/MMRS
  • Provide hardware support and troubleshooting- Image, troubleshoot and repair user laptops, assist with distribution and setups and provide one-on-one support with customer
  • Network connectivity from office connection to device - computers, laptops, printers, multi-function devices, telephones, and video teleconferencing equipment
