Senior Analyst to serve as a point of contact and subject matter for HR function and end users of Oracle Recruiting. You will be responsible for establishing standard operating procedures, ensuring governance and compliance of applicant personal information and analyzing data for internal and external employment trends, process improvement and other technical projects. You will support OR issues for severity level 2-4 and design and perform business process mapping, conduct fit-gap analysis and document solution design. You will also develop solutions to fully leverage Oracle HCM OR and Onboarding applications functionality and audit data contained within OR to ensure compliance with company, federal and state regulations. Other duties include leading OR change requests and supporting HRIS, collaborating with internal users and external vendors to gather business/function requirements and developing and maintaining simple to complex reports and dashboards. Researching and resolving issues and analyzing errors are also required. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Business or related field or an equivalent of 10-15 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and recruiting applications
  • 5+ years’ advanced knowledge of HCM with a strong concentration of recruiting Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • 1-2 years’ implementation of Oracle Recruiting with Onboarding or 5 years’ Taleo (TEE) version 15 or higher
  • Advanced level experience in OBI reporting and dashboards
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Experience in change management
  • Understanding of HR transactional data downstream from applicant to employee
  • Ability to research errors using Oracle Support Community and HRIS
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and management skills
