These tasks might include system design, coding, testing, installation, documentation and post-installation audits, all performed in accordance with established standards. The Senior Programmer Analysts will manage a team of Programmer Analysts assigned to multiple projects of different complexity and the support of existing applications/ processes currently in place in the Billing & Collections department. • Programming language and operating system expertise consisting of, but not limited to the following: Windows Server 2000/2005, Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, 2014, 2016. Oracle /PL SQL expertise.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio 2014. HTML and object oriented languages (such as Visual Basic ASP.NET) preferred.
• Expertise in Data Analysis/Data Mapping across several Data sources
• Hours of work - though limited to 8 hours per day, it is required to work during weekends and nights in emergency or to work over the weekend to enable 24/7 operations.

• 9 or more years of systems analysis and programming experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training, is required
