- This team is a Level 2 customer support team responsible for the procurement and deployment services for Liberty's IT equipment.
- This person will primarily be responsible for screening, and making recommendations and approvals for new IT equipment orders.
- Follow set guidelines for processing orders and supporting shipments when necessary.
- This person will also be meeting and working with the Product team that is responsible for deployment services and will be assisting with order and shipment inquiries
- They must possess good communication skills and be comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating via email
- This person would ideally come from an IT/Procurement background. They will be making decisions and operating independently.
- Must be comfortable communicating with management/leadership and customers (customer service skills)
- OK if person comes from a functional role, but has a technical background. Ideally this person would understand IT equipment and procurement processes.
