At Rent Sons, we unite local communities by completing projects together. We provide jobs that act as a “life” pivot point to enable young adults to live their fullest lives. Simultaneously, we provide an affordable service nearly everyone needs to take on the many odd jobs life throws at them.

We seek people with a passion to see the world closer together. We believe odd jobs act as a beautiful space to bring people together, allow them to slow down and take an introspective look on their life, as well as learn future homeowner skills. POSITION DETAILS

-Starts at $13/hour. Once you are onboarded and certified in the jobs we complete, pay increases to $14/hour. Work your way up to $17/hour within 3-6 months.

-Earn tips in addition to the hourly wage. (Boosts most pay to $20+/hour)

-Helping people in your community by working odd jobs such as event assistance, painting, landscaping, moving, junk removal, cleaning, etc.

-Create your schedule for when you WANT to work right through an app. Work 0 or 40 hours/week; your choice.

-Opportunity to grow within a rapidly rising start-up company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Complete the on-boarding process.

-Setting your availability in the app platform a few weeks in advance.

-Arriving to the job site 10 minutes early.

-Being professional and personable during the job.

-Reaching out to your Community Manager with any issues that may arise while on the job.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE …

-Is a problem solver

-Has experience painting, moving, landscaping, and is generally handy

-Is self-motivated

-Has their own transportation

-Is willing to learn and grow

Each Son or Daughter is an independent contractor so you work as little or as much as you would like. Starting pay is $13/hour + tips. Each Son or Daughter is required to be covered under the Rent Sons Son Support General Liability insurance and OAI policy ($15/month).
