Our company is looking for a full time experienced residential construction superintendent/foreman. Work includes: new cabin construction from bare land to finish, existing home remodels, and land development.
Duties include managing laborers and subcontractors, meeting county officials, creating schedules and site plans, moving and operating small equipment such as (skid steer, mini excavator, backhoe, etc), as well as performing hands-on field work.
Candidate will primarily work in the field but will also perform basic management duties on a computer. Must be trustworthy, communicate well, and be a flexible team player. Work location will start in the Granville/Gainesboro area and extend through the Upper Cumberland. A company vehicle will be provided.
