Civil Project Manager

Manages daily operations of multiple large-scale site work, utilities, concrete, sports fields and various other civil construction project. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters by performing the following duties personally or with assistance of office help. Ability to multi-task is vital, as is flexibility, and an outgoing personality. BSI is a family run business that has been highly successful since 1985, each day is something new and exciting.

A college degree or equivalent prior construction experience, especially with project management- is required.

Plan and Spec review

Daily Communication both written and verbal

Project reporting

Bid Tabulations

Problem Solving

Project Coordination: 3 years

Working Knowledge of Office, Excel, Word, Bluebeam

Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to excel and maintain a positive attitude in a balanced environment of client service and appropriate

financial controls

Operates efficiently and capable of managing a high volume of assignments

Strong written/oral communication skills within a business environment

Ability to operate in a high volume, fast paced environment
