Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Local real estate company is looking for a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. Candidate MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE to perform their duties independently with little to no management. He/she must be professional, reliable, and a team player with an upbeat personality. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal communication skills both on the phone and in person.
Starting pay is $16/hr. AFTER 90 days, performance will be evaluated to ensure the candidate is a good fit culturally and can perform his/her duties efficiently. If the candidate performs to the standards of operations, pay rate will increase to $20/hr. Once the anniversary date is reached, your performance will be re-evaluated. If your leadership skills and proven track record shows indisputably that you are a 'TC Rockstar', your pay will increase to $50k annually -as an extra incentive, you will also receive bonuses, 1 week sick pay, and 2 week vacation.
Job responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
Coordinate inspections, and completion of repairs.
Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
Schedule, coordinate closings.
Input all client information into client database system.
Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.
