We are looking for A PERSON WITH GREAT customer service and STRONG sales
that will be the first point of contact for customers who visit our location or contact us to learn
about our service.
Receptionist responsibilities include but not limited to
greeting customers upon their arrival
answering clients' questions about OUR services via phone,
email or in-person and processing transactions.
Follow up with clients after service and prospective clients.
Keep premises according to our standards.
To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace,
have initiative and be proactive, Bilingual a must
Responsibilities
Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper station and inform assigned staff of their arrival
Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services, and schedule appointments based on availability
Inform clients about new services
Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
Update our client records
Maintain a reception area clean and according to our standards
Maintain business cards, brochures, and stationery as needed Requirements
Work experience as Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role
Hands-on experiences with office equipment, like printers and different systems
Familiarity with processing transactions
Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, and email) with a good customer service attitude
Solid organization and record-keeping skills
An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
High School diploma college hours a plus.
